Deerfield Seminars, Inc. was founded in 1989, and has presented employment standards seminars for employers of all types in every state of the United States and in the District of Columbia. While some seminars are open to public and private employers of all types, our programs are usually focused upon a particular type of industry or public employer. This means that participants will not need to sit through lengthy discussions of matters of little interest to their employment situation, such as esoteric overtime exemptions that may only apply to some types of establishments. As an additional benefit, presentation to specific target audiences means that seminar groups are normally quite small; our average group size is under twenty. As a result, there is plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
