Comprehensive Seminar Materials

Seminar materials provided to participants include a printed seminar manual containing a number of critical federal regulations and other wage and hour interpretive information related to the topic areas addressed in the seminar, as well as a notetaking guide comprised of copies of the presentations slides utilized by the instructor. In addition, participants receive a printed handout of any state laws applicable to wage and hour requirements in their state.

The printed information is only the tip of the iceberg, however. Participants also receive Deerfield Seminar's Wage and Hour OmniFinder CD, a database containing thousands of pages of reference information including federal and state wage and hour laws, regulations, and other interpretive information. The CD also provides over 40 years of opinion letters issued by the federal Wage and Hour Division; these opinion letters answer almost any conceivable question that may arise about our nation's minimum wage and overtime law. The printed seminar manual contains a complete index of the contents of the CD.

It is not possible in a few words to describe the incredible quantity of information provided on the disk. If you are interested in a preview of Wage and Hour OmniFinder CD's contents, click here. (This is a 56-page pdf file; it may take a few minutes to download.)
