Deerfield Seminars can present our seminars for individual businesses or for human resources or payroll associations or other similar groups. The fee for in-house presentation is $1250 plus expenses, and includes seminar presentation and materials for up to 20 participants (additional participants are only $12.50 each). This can be a money-saving and convenient option in any case where eight or more individuals might benefit from the training, since we can provide the training for the fee plus expenses and the training can be presented at a location and time which minimize expenses and inconvenience for participants. Moreover, our in-house presentations can be tailored to meet your specific needs by emphasizing matters of particular importance to your organization, while spending less time or no time on matters that may not be appropriate or necessary for the specific needs of the group.
An additional advantage of in-house training is flexibility of presentation time. Open-enrollment seminars run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and we usually take at least an hour for lunch. In-house training could begin at 8:00 a.m. or even earlier, and would in that case almost certainly be complete by noon, permitting attending staff to be back at their work stations during the afternoon.
We have also presented in-house training in two half-day increments where necessary, and on Saturday. These options would moderately increase the cost to your organization, but may facilitate work scheduling around the training.
