The following seminars are currently scheduled. For any seminar, click on the name of the facility for the web site of the hotel or conference facility for more information about the location. Click on map for a Mapquest or Google map to the seminar location.

Click on register in the column on the right of the schedule to download an Adobe Acrobat registration form for the seminar in which you wish to register. The form can be completed on-screen and printed, or printed blank and completed by hand or typed. However, you will need to mail the completed form to Deerfield Seminars at the address indicated on the form, or fax it to us at our toll-free fax number, (800) 371-7670. You may also telephone Deerfield Seminars at our toll free number, (800) 862-3337, to register by phone.
